It is not dispoutable that Owelle Rochas Okorocha,the governor-elect in Imo state is a man of the people and is so well-loved that everyone rallied around him during the last election..That he is generous is beyond question.That he would work in Imo is sure.However,he got carried away recently.
I do not see the wisdom in freezing the account of the state even while Ikedi Ohakim is still in noffice.It is illegal.The federal government didn't need to say it before we,and Rochas,realise it.
As a big fan of his,I would advise Owelle not to get overwhelmed by the euphoria that still greets his victory.Caution is the word for him.I expect hgim to adhere to it.
